About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions within the Hamilton branch. You will be responsible for the following:
- EA, administration and reception duties
- Travel, diary organisation and scheduling of meetings
- Managing client events and internal functions
- Formatting and processing reports and documentation
- Managing accounts processing for the branch
- Gathering data for month end reporting
- General ad-hoc admin for the branch team
- Some HR support as and when required
Skills and Experience
- Proven, solid experience within a Senior Office Management position
- Exposure to and strong practical experience with accounts/month end reporting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Suite
- The ability to take ownership of all of the office's functions
- Professional, engaging and energetic team player
